A standard product can proceed using its displayed options; a design that changes dimensions, layout, upholstery or construction follows the seven-step quotation process.

Useful enquiry details include the available floor area, preferred seating capacity, doorway and stair access, reference photographs and whether the piece is intended for a home, hotel, lodge, reception lounge or restaurant waiting area. Upholstery colour and material families can be discussed, but the exact specification is confirmed during quotation. Frame, support and joinery decisions are matched to the approved design and intended application. Commercial compliance requirements must be stated before quotation.

Eligible made-to-order products show the full product value, a 70% deposit due at checkout and the 30% balance due before delivery or installation. Delivery and installation are excluded unless separately calculated and confirmed. Manufacturing lead time is confirmed after design, quantity and material approval.
