- Custom-made or bespoke furniture (including personalized laser engravings, custom upholstery, and made-to-order items).
- Clearance or sale items.
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
- Gift cards or vouchers.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund according to the following:
- Refund Method: Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used for the original purchase.
- Processing Time: Refunds typically take 7-14 business days to process once the return is received and approved. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Exchanges

5. Defective or Damaged Items
If your item is defective, damaged during delivery, or does not match the description provided:
- Notify Us Immediately: Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to report any defects or damages.

- Replacement or Refund: We will offer either a replacement or a full refund, depending on the availability of the product and the circumstances.
6. Shipping Fees
- Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong product was sent.
- Original Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
7. Cancellations
- Orders Not Shipped: If you wish to cancel an order before it is shipped, please contact us immediately. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will issue a full refund.
