Material families and finish directions can be selected during review, while exact board, upholstery, hardware and construction specifications are confirmed in the quotation. For commercial quantities, state the number of identical units, expected use, floor plan and any compliance requirement before pricing. Quantity discounts are never assumed.

Eligible made-to-order products require a 70% deposit and record the 30% balance due before delivery or installation. Ready-to-order or fixed products require full payment.
