Can you customise restaurant booth seating?
Yes. Straight, corner, curved and back-to-back layouts can be adapted to your measurements. Share your floor plan, seat quantities and preferred upholstery so Tranquil can confirm the design and price.
What do the hospitality furniture prices include?
Each product lists its starting price and the items included. Prices are in South African rand, including VAT. Custom dimensions, material upgrades, delivery, installation and décor are excluded unless stated. A written quotation confirms the final specification and total.
Do you supply hotels, cafés, bars and guesthouses?
Yes. The collection covers restaurant booths, dining tables and chairs, lounge seating and covered patio furniture. Reception counters, bars, fitted joinery and larger hospitality fit-outs can be quoted around your project.
Can you deliver outside South Africa?
Tranquil quotes for projects in South Africa, Botswana, Lesotho, Eswatini, Mozambique and Zimbabwe. Cross-border freight, export arrangements and any destination charges are confirmed for each order.
How do deposits and lead times work?
A 70% deposit follows acceptance of the written quotation, with the remaining 30% due before dispatch or delivery. Production timing is confirmed against the order size, materials and workshop schedule before you commit.
Are the day and night scenes completed Tranquil installations?
They are design visualisations created from the supplied furniture references to help you picture a venue. Product images show design and finish references. Dimensions, materials and the items included are confirmed in your quotation.
Can indoor upholstery be used outdoors?
Use the patio references for covered, sheltered spaces. Tell us if furniture will face rain or direct sun so appropriate frames, fabrics and finishes can be specified and priced.
