Delivery is quoted for the actual frame
Delivery costs depend on dimensions, quantity, destination and access. A sofa module needs more space than a parcel. No free delivery, nationwide rate or guaranteed dispatch period is implied by the catalogue.
Before dispatch
Agree the final address, contact person, access measurements, unloading needs and delivery window. Collection arrangements must also be confirmed with Tranquil. Do not assume the showroom is the collection point for every order.
Check your delivery
Check the product reference, quantity and condition on arrival and contact Tranquil promptly if something is wrong. Please keep useful photographs and packaging where practical. Your statutory rights are not removed by failure to report within an arbitrary short deadline.
Change of mind and custom orders
Eligible online purchases have statutory cooling-off rights. Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised may be excluded from cooling-off; making a standard catalogue product after purchase does not alone make it personalised. Return transport costs and any lawful cancellation charge must be explained before the order.
